Affiliate Disclosure

The short version: Books Adapted may earn a commission if you follow certain store links and buy something. It costs you nothing extra, and it never affects which books and adaptations appear or what we say about them.

As an Amazon Associate, Books Adapted earns from qualifying purchases.

How affiliate links work

Books Adapted takes part in affiliate programs. When you follow certain links, such as the Kindle, paperback, audiobook, rent and buy links on a page, and then make a purchase, TaterTV LLC may receive a commission from the store, at no extra cost to you.

Commissions help keep Books Adapted free and pay for adding more books and adaptations. Some programs use cookies to track referrals; see our Privacy Policy.

What this does not affect

Which books and adaptations appear, what each page says, and how votes are counted have nothing to do with affiliate relationships. A page exists because a book became a movie or series, not because there is something to sell.

Votes and comments are from people who use the site. Nobody is paid for them.

Current affiliate programs

  • Amazon Associates. Books Adapted is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, Books Adapted earns from qualifying purchases.

This list will be updated as new affiliate relationships are added.

FTC compliance

In line with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements, Books Adapted discloses its affiliate relationships clearly: in the note at the foot of every page and on this page.
